We require that a contract for services be agreed to and signed before any major work on your internet website solution can begin.
We will always do our best to fulfill your needs and meet your goals, but sometimes it is best to have a few simple things written down so that we both know what is what, who should do what and what happens if stuff goes wrong. In our contracts you won’t find complicated legal terms or large passages of unreadable text. We have no desire to trick you into signing something that you might later regret. We do want what’s best for the safety of both parties, now and in the future.
Before any website design contract can be signed however, you must first fill out our Website Design Worksheet. Our Website Design Worksheet is provided in form format for you to fill out and send via email. In the Website Design Worksheet you'll be asked some very simple and basic questions with regard to what you might want or need in your new or existing website design solution.
The Website Design Worksheet will help us to better understand your needs, and help us to better be able to give you an estimate that comes closest to your real cost for the project.
Upon the completion of, and our receiving via email, your Website Design Worksheet, you will be given a login link so that you may view our standard Website Design Contract. This contract outlines the basic requirements and responsibilities of both parties involved with the possible future Web Development and Website Design project, and serves to protect both yours and our interests with regard to the potential project equally.
Our website design and development contracts are written in easy to understand terms. Since no two web design or development projects are ever the same, the pricing structure presented in our standard contract for our work can vary.
In order to save time, nearly all of our required forms and contracts are online so that once they are filled out, they can be sent via email. You will also be able to print the pages that these forms and contracts reside on, so that you can retain a hard copy for your files.
Your contract should be printed out, filled in with the required information, signed, and mailed to us via USPS First Class .. Upon receiving your completed contract, we will then sign it and have it notorized. It will be returned to you, at the address you specify, via overnight delivery, with delivery signing/confirmation required.
Every internet web development and website design project we do is optimized for search accordingly. Your metadata and your on page keyword optimiziation for content is completed by default during the development phase, and at times, at the request of the client, can be handed off to a professional internet web marketing agent (SEO/SEM) during the final phases of the overall project itself for review and consultancy (added charges may apply).
